What is the graduate program:
- you will get extensive training and gain valuable experience in different worldwide locations
- you will have opportunity to gain extensive product, business and customer knowledge from the industry experts
- you will start your extensive training by spending few weeks in company offices in Germany, then you will spend around 1 year in US and then you will spend again some time in Germany
- finally you will move to your home country location and work in local office
- your job will be combination of technical and business side
How to join this program:
- you must have completed studies in electrical or business engineering (fresh graduate)
- you must speak very good to fluent English
- you must be flexible to move to other locations as stated in the program
- we prefer people with open minds, ability to think outside of the box, drive and motivation
